Robust Chip provides efficient and accurate simulation technology, capable of modeling the interaction  between circuit operation and various fundamental semiconductor effects in a form that can be used by circuit and chip designers. In collaboration with partners in the EDA industry and academia we also develop integrated solutions for automated circuit optimization and layout synthesis.

SIMULATION AND DESIGN AUTOMATION APPLICATION

The modeling technology from Robust Chip is used to improve design for reliability and design for manufacturing.  Our main current application focus is radiation hard design automation.

LEAP: SOFT ERROR HARD LAYOUT METHODOLOGY AND LAYOUT IP

LEAP is Robust Chip Inc.'s unique new RHBD layout methodology which dramatically reduces single event generated soft error rates, with negligable speed, power, and area penalties. LEAP stands for Layout design through Error Aware Positioning. The technique has been developed with support from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and is patent protected.
